The vacuum bottle filtration system generates a pressure differential using a vacuum pump, enabling efficient large-scale filtration of tissue culture fluids and other laboratory solutions. It processes sample volumes up to several liters and allows direct storage of the filtered sample in a sterile collection bottle. This system is ideal for sterile filtration of bases, buffers, and reagents. Each complete vacuum filter set includes an upper cup cover, an upper cup, a connector, a filter membrane, and a reservoir bottle.
