These vacuum bottle filtration systems create a pressure differential using a vacuum pump, ideal for large-scale sterile filtration of tissue culture fluids, bases, buffers, and reagents. Each system includes a filter top, membrane, connector, and sterile reservoir bottle. Designed with ergonomic grips, sloped hose fittings, and GL-45 thread compatibility, the system offers fast filtration, clear volume observation, and excellent chemical compatibility. PES membranes enable faster flow with lower clogging rates. Sterilized by irradiation, DNase/RNase-free, and non-pyrogenic.
